The Only Effective Cellulite Diet

Let's face it; if you could get rid of cellulite with a snap of your fingers, then you'd have no reason to be searching around online for a way to get rid of it in the first place. However, you can get rid of all those unsightly lumps and bumps relatively easily providing you're willing to make a few changes to your lifestyle, one of which involves focusing on a healthy anti-cellulite diet.
Now if you were expecting some kind of radical miracle diet, you need to come back down to earth; the most effective anti-cellulite diet is pretty basic, but it's also the most effective one around.
First and foremost, a cellulite diet means that you'll need to say goodbye to your old eating habits (assuming they aren’t already ultra-healthy, of course). The good news is that you can still have some fatty foods, but you'll need to limit yourself to fatty fish (and not the battered kind either). Secondly, start adding plenty of color to your plate. In other words, start piling on lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and don't forget to make sure you're providing your body with an adequate amount of protein. This can be had by eating lean meats if you're not a vegetarian. If you are, then you'll need to get your protein from an alternative source.
Proper Hydration
As far as quenching your thirst is concerned, you need to focus on drinking at least six to eight glasses of water every day, and of course a good cellulite diet isn't complete without some fresh, sugar-free real fruit or vegetable juice, preferably low-sodium of course. If you really enjoy dairy products then by all means indulge yourself, but stick to those products which are fat free. The bottom line is; if you can successfully manage to avoid all those toxic foods you've been eating until now, and you can begin eating healthy fresh foods, you’d be surprised at the positive effects this can have on your cellulite and overall skin complexion.
Remember, in layman's terms, cellulite is simply a buildup of undesirable fats and a range of toxins. When you adopt a cellulite diet you're essentially eradicating an important root cause of your problem, in which case they'll be nothing left in your body which can grow into cellulite. Bear in mind however that if you stop your cellulite diet, you may once again begin experiencing a buildup of cellulite below your skin.
Lastly but not least, you need to be aware of the fact that the average weight loss diet doesn't necessarily guarantee you of being cellulite-free, not to mention the fact that many of the fad diets which one comes across nowadays are downright dangerous. On the other hand, a cellulite diet not only takes care of your primary concern, but it also helps to improve your overall health.
